Don’t these look so good? You can make them by dipping strawberries (halved or whole) in vanilla yogurt (Greek might be best, because it’s thicker), then putting on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper and freezing. Voila: Yogurt-covered strawberries!

As promised, cheesecake-filled strawberries! Omg they are delicious! I will definitely be making these again :D

I CANNOT wait to eat these tonight…they are chillin’ in the fridge until the boy gets home from work. Saw them on tumblr and just had to make them tonight!
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
-1 package of strawberries, just took a knife and hollowed ‘em out a bit
mixed these ingredients and put in plastic bag, cut the corner, and squeezed it into the berries with some sticking out too:
-1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
-vanilla extract
-zero calorie sweetener
then dip ‘em into this:
-1 crushed graham cracker sheet
The whole batch is 3 pts! I taste tested one and I could definitely eat them all.
Definitely trying this!!
