Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm a 22 year old law student in the UK.

Stressed and busy busy busy but learning not to turn to unhealthy eating habits for comfort. Instead, I'm eating healthy and exercising to get healthy and fit.

While I've got an UGW of 140lbs, that goal is flexible and I just like having a number to be able to count down to. The real aim is to get healthy and happy :)

Ask me anything - I'm always happy to meet new people and help where I can! I don't have the largest number of followers out there but I'm happy to do promos too...especially if I like your blog!

Don’t these look so good? You can make them by dipping strawberries (halved or whole) in vanilla yogurt (Greek might be best, because it’s thicker), then putting on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper and freezing. Voila: Yogurt-covered strawberries!
